BlueStacks
Ever wanted to use android apps to be playable on your Windows? Or just want to test the app before really installing it into the android phone? Well, your wish is granted.

Drawbacks; if you're on desktop and laptop, your mouse is your finger. Which really is not that convenient if you're playing games like Fruit Ninja. Who cares? Running apps on your PC is more than enough. And you'll need a fairly powerful PC if you want to run apps that requires graphics.(My HPmini Atom processor, 1GB ram runs with huge lags but does not crash.)
Moreover, it's really good for tablet users and on Windows 8. Playing android games on Surface might be something really worthy to boast about.
